Dynamic Range Increase
This action works for any scene with high contrast. Here's what you do:
- Using a tripod, take an underexposed photo to capture the highlight detail.
- Take a second photo, this time overexposed to capture the shadow detail.
- Load the photos (any format) to Photoshop, and run the action. Instructions are included with the action.
- Auto-levels and color adjustments can be made afterwards.
